Utility: Cutting foot type SF
If the tool is fitted with cutting foot SF and blade type R, synthetic fabric can be separated without using a cutting surface. This combined tool is especially effective when cutting large sized cloth such as sail cloth, awnings and filter cloth.
The tools models HSG-1-VW, HSG-03-VW and HSG-3-VW are equipped with balde holder type M. This blade holder can be fitted with an angle to hold cutting foot type SFW as well.

ENGEL HSG 0 HEAT CUTTER
This ENGEL heat cutter is designed for intermittent operation, and should not be used for more than twenty minutes at a time without pausing.
The blade takes 6-8 seconds to heat up. Heat can be approximately controlled by using the on/off action of the trigger switch.

Type 100R
Cutting blade of higher capacity for separating stronger fabrics, and strings and ropes up to 15mm diameter.
Type HSO
Standard cutting point, suitable for separating fine fabrics and thin strings.
HEAT CUTTING FOOT
The cutting foot SF has been designed especially for unit HSG O. When used with cutting tip 100R synthetic material can be cut and the cut selvedge can be sealed in one operation. This combination is especially effective when cutting large sized cloth and awnings like sails, canvas blinds and filter cloths.
