In our Stop Motion Mechanism we use Teflon rather than any other material so that we could highly reduce the noice, make it more durable as well as make possibilty of breakage lowest due to two iron bolt made as a whole.
In K-CHANCE Button Sewers in Stop Motion Mechanism we use SPRING instead of Washer in order to make it Long Lasting.
In our structure, different than others we use one additional part in order to prevent breakage.In case any breakage you do not need to change all system and you do not need to waste your money.In K-CHANCE machines if any breakage occurs you need to change only small part, not all system. By this way you will save your money and have better quality.
In this structure we also have Safe Oil Ball Bearing. This will keep some oil inside and will not let machine lack of Lubrication.
We add one more oil wick so that no need for you to lubricate machine so often.
Our eccentric cam has a hole in which a oil wick located in order to keep oil in this area also. With this different structure this part has become long lasting as well.
